Dr. Paul Leeman
Dr. Paul Leeman joined the Oshkosh Smiles practice in 2018 and has enjoyed growing with the team and this community. He graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelors of Science degree before attending the University of Minnesota where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2015. Over the years he has enjoyed being a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and continuing his education through Spear. Dr. Leeman prides himself on always striving for the best patient experience possible and providing as much comprehensive treatment as possible. He is comfortable in all aspects of general dentistry and really enjoys specializing in cosmetic dentistry, crowns, bridges, dental implants, dentures, veneers, TMJ treatment and emergency dentistry. Dr. Leeman chose dentistry as it was a way for him to build long-term relationships with patients, while truly helping to improve their health condition. Being a part of Oshkosh Smiles has allowed him to practice this and build upon his philosophy of providing personalized, compassionate care that delivers long-term health for all of his patients. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Leeman enjoys being outside, whether hiking or gardening, and spending time with his family. He is so proud to be part of the friendly and compassionate Oshkosh Smiles team that puts people first, and he looks forward to serving patients here for years to come.
Dr. Alexa Oppermann
Dr. Alexa Oppermann is thrilled to be joining the Oshkosh Smiles team and settling into this community. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University and then stayed there to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2026. Her practice philosophy is relationship-driven, and she aims to nurture open communication, compassionate care and a judgement-free experience for her patients. Dr. Oppermann takes time to listen to her patient’s concerns, explain options clearly and tailor treatment to her patient’s needs. Having had her own cosmetic dentistry needs at a young age, due to two broken front teeth, Dr. Oppermann was interested in dentistry early on. After discovering the connection between art and science that dentistry offered, she knew that this was the path for her. Her own experience as a patient has helped to foster her approach to patient communication and care. When she is not in the practice, Dr. Oppermann enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, enjoying a homemade latte and being outdoors, usually spending time at the lake with her family and friends or out on walks with her dog, Prada. She is happy to be part of the warm and welcoming family environment at Oshkosh Smiles and looks forward to serving her patients there for years to come!
Sarah
Sarah has been a Registered Dental Hygienist at our office since 2014. Sarah has had a passion for dentistry ever since she was a little girl. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike and their German Shepherd named Stella. Sarah also loves the outdoors and her hobbies include soaking up the sun, golfing and four-wheeling.

Sue is a Registered Dental Hygienist, a graduate of NWTC and she is an active member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. Sue has been with our office for many years and provides the best possible care to her patients. When not at work, Sue enjoys working in her garden and kayaking.
